It is just funny how people say they can't change the world. Funny how our mind has been made through time in a way we just forgot the power in our hands! It's as if the tiger had began to believe he couldn't bite anymore, as if he had turned himself into a helpless little cat.
Well, some say one person can't change anything. They just ignore the world is made of millions of "one persons". It seems pretty obvious to us that if all of them are convinced they are alone and that their voices will never be heard, then nothing really can change at all!
And while we are all being blindly carried away into some direction we ignore, all we do is cry empty complains. We don't question what we are doing, though. No, Sir! We just refuse to believe it all can be our fault. And if we can be guilty for everything, then we can also be the ones to fix it all.
For this to happen, though, first of all we need to stop acting as if we were sitting on an armchair watching a movie. There's danger, action and passion on it, but nothing depends on us, nothing reaches us. That's not how we should behave about our planet! We are not watching it, we are in it! This means we can stop the good guy from dying in the end, or stop the big robbery from happening or even change the villain's mind about being the bad guy and so on. We are the writers of our story.
Talking about stories, in our History classes we study revolutions. We feel inspired by how some hundreds of people could stand up and shout they were not happy with something. Well, if hundreds, sometimes even less, could do all that fuzz, now imagine what 6 billions could do!
Yeah, we could get it, we could all gather together and make a world we feel proud of. That is not merely a dream. It can become real! If you don't agree with violence, if you don't agree with prejudice, if you don't agree with poverty, then say it. Change it.
